How to eat healthy teeth, avoid sugar right? Not eating harmful food is the first and most superficial aspect of dental nutrition. The REAL way to eat is to make sure you’re having eating foods rich in nutrients for a healthy mouth. https://buff.ly/2G5A4h9

Bleeding gums? Time to see your hygienist.

Steven Lin‏ @DrStevenLin Jun 13

Are bleeding gums a sign of gut health? Gum disease is an inflammatory condition of your mouth which is connected to your digestive health. Oral probiotics may help to heal gum disease AND your digestive system, all in one connected swoop. https://buff.ly/2oSzQmi

Ever missed a dental checkup? We know we’re supposed to attend every 6 months. But every meal you eat, every breath you take is impacting your smile. Nutrition starts with the mouth and your dental health is your primary way to kick start your health. https://buff.ly/2PwkdiR
